FXD Workwear is committed to providing high-quality gear; however, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or fit correctly, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a durable shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
